Back in January, on Royal Rumble week, a woman accused then Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore
of a sexual assault incident from October 2017, where she posted in a since-deleted
tweet: “OKAY..it’s been long enough & I have
been so so scared to share this. I was raped in mid October by the WWE Enzo
Amore (also known as Eric Arden) & Tyler Grosso & TOOPOOR let it happen as accomplices. I was in a mental hospital for 45 days after
it. They ARE NOT good people.” WWE suspended Enzo almost immediately, and
just 24 hours later announced he had been released by the company [IMAGE]. According to Fightful, WWE released Amore
not because of the allegations being made, but because Enzo hadn’t informed he was
under a police investigation for them, despite apparently already being aware of it. PWInsider reported it was “the final straw”
for Amore, who had garnered significant heat backstage over the past year, including one
instance where he was kicked off the talent bus for being so obnoxious. Following Amore’s release, though, significant
doubts were aired about the reliability of his accuser Philomena Sheahan, chiefly her
former best Sam Cook, who had claimed the rape accusation was actually a cover story
to get Sheahan out of trouble with her father and roommates for relapsing out of sobriety. And now it seems the authorities couldn’t
prove Sheahan’s version of events, with Enzo posting a statement online in his first
tweet since being released: “The Phoenix Police Department recently
informed Mr. Arndt (Enzo’s real name) and his counsel that there is insufficient evidence
in this matter to warrant any criminal charges, that the matter will not be transferred to
the County Attorney for prosecution, and that their investigation and case is closed. No charges were ever filed. The matter is closed.” Pro Wrestling Sheet have confirmed the announcement,
citing “insufficient evidence” after “investigators were awaiting lab results from tests given
to the victim after she made the claim”. Interestingly, Enzo’s letter signs off with… “Mr Arndt is working diligently toward his
next venture in the entertainment industry and looks forward to reconnecting with his
fans in a big way in the very near future.” Enzo’s next venture in the entertainment
industry could be the rap career he was rumoured to want back in his WWE run, or it could be
a return to wrestling itself. PWInsider’s Mike Johnson has said it’s
unlikely WWE would ever rehire him as he was “already on thin ice” before the sexual
assault allegations were made. Right on cue, Impact Wrestling co-executive
vice president Don Callias talked about potentially signing Enzo in yesterday’s media call:
“Never say never. You evaluate talent based on need and what
you’re looking to do. We have a long term plan for how we engage
with talent in terms of who’s gonna be on the roster, what roster spots we need filled,
etcetera. It’s not as much of a random thing. So you know… as with any other talent, I
think time will tell.” Order your copy of the WrestleTalk Magazine

Decalred nation!!!

thenewmiLONNIEum · May 18, 2018 at 5:49 am

Paralegal here. Enzo was NOT declared "innocent." There was not enough evidence to file charges. Huge difference. I personally believe he was innocent, but that's not a conclusion we can draw based solely on what's been reported.

FerretJohn · May 18, 2018 at 6:01 am

Declared innocent, yes. Returning to wrestling? Well, certainly not to the WWE, or probably not to anywhere else that heard of his issues

Erik Rousu · May 18, 2018 at 6:02 am

That dumb skanky bitch can't even spell his name right. I hope she dies a horrible and gruesome death.

Rollin Kocher · May 18, 2018 at 6:41 am

just please don't rehire him WWE. he sucks and is a douche.

Impstar · May 18, 2018 at 6:42 am

Enzo is "All In" =P

No Name · May 18, 2018 at 7:18 am

This guy, needs to put his head down the toilet more often. Awesome channel. However this presenter is like nails down a chalk board.

Steve Black · May 18, 2018 at 7:22 am

No shit he's innocent, the dumb bitch said in her accusation that she was passed out but then described exactly what he did while she was passed out. How stupid do you have to be to make up a story with a glaring error like that?!

Anyway, Enzo probably won't go back to WWE (at least any time soon) the reason he was fired was not because of the accusation, but because he did not let WWE know about it. It makes sense, he was a champion, WWE would have removed him from the spotlight during the accusation so it wouldn't ruin their reputation. Luckily nobody really cared about it because it was obvious it was fake rape allegation.

Fash out · May 18, 2018 at 7:29 am

WWE be a star? I guess Stephanie doesn't think false accusations is bullying

marcelano ryadi · May 18, 2018 at 7:41 am

It's 2018. Who still read magazines?

William Andrews · May 18, 2018 at 8:05 am

He was not "declared innocent", he was "not proven guilty". There is a difference.

twitertaker · May 18, 2018 at 8:13 am

Broderick Sutherland · May 18, 2018 at 8:46 am

Into The Void · May 18, 2018 at 9:31 am

words cannot describe how much I want that jacket

D Genson · May 18, 2018 at 9:38 am

Doesn't Matter, He still Won't Work for the WWE Again!

Virgil N · May 18, 2018 at 9:38 am

In the justice system, the accused is innocent UNTIL proven guilty. So Enzo was always innocent. That's why in court, when a verdict is read, the statement must claim "guilty" or "not guilty"

XDGhosted · May 18, 2018 at 9:49 am

Did anyone actually think he did it (apart from the crack whore herself)

Amante Johnson · May 18, 2018 at 10:23 am

Damn bitch ruined this man career he was already on thin ice but she went on ahead and with her false accusation hammer and broke the ice leaving Enzo in cold water with the company just to get herself out of trouble man that’s fucked up in more ways than one

King Hollonz · May 18, 2018 at 10:43 am

I KNOW He was innocent she needs to do some time she made him lose his job bc this

No Show · May 18, 2018 at 11:26 am

I wanna punch this man in his dumb obnoxious face

Doug Gunner · May 18, 2018 at 11:52 am

stop promoting THE FUCKIN MAGAZINE

Bearded IBMOR · May 18, 2018 at 12:11 pm

Why the fuck would he return to that piece of shit, gynocentric organization, that fired him without evidence, because a wahman said he raped her?

Anthony Milord · May 18, 2018 at 12:11 pm

if i was Enzo i’ll turn around and sue her for false accusations

Al Slavinzki · May 18, 2018 at 12:16 pm

Enzo is ALL IN!!!!!

Patrick Brown-Dunlap · May 18, 2018 at 12:22 pm

I don't miss Enzo at all but, it's pretty messed up someone was able to ruin his career like this. It's scary.

Hulk Hogan · May 18, 2018 at 12:58 pm

Still the worst wrestling show on youtube

Chris Chrysler · May 18, 2018 at 1:29 pm

Wayne Quirion · May 18, 2018 at 2:27 pm

Fully expect Enzo to be at the next live Impact tapings.

TheFirstNobody · May 18, 2018 at 2:42 pm

Even though blind people can't see your cunty face, they can still hear your cunty voice… not sure why anyone would want to listen to it.

slayerBO2EPC · May 18, 2018 at 3:25 pm

Cody Cooper · May 18, 2018 at 3:47 pm

Enzo is not good for business.

RabidDogma · May 18, 2018 at 3:53 pm

Fuck Enzo. He was a piece of shit before the allegations, and he's still a piece of shit now.

Shura Valentine · May 18, 2018 at 4:52 pm

video start at 1:16

and enzo ,please don't . even without his case all he can do is talk trash every single week and if he ever return he'll tarnish the title yet again. at impact he'll be great ,just hoping he won't get arrogant there and starting to become like hulk hogan.

Oeks Lohk · May 18, 2018 at 4:55 pm

I hope he never comes back to WWE he is so fucking annoying fake ass thug wannabe

LittleDebbie187717 · May 18, 2018 at 5:12 pm

Enzo Amore: Not Guilty? Bullshit! He really is guilty and deserves to be banned for good.

Wavester64 · May 18, 2018 at 5:54 pm

With the heat Enzo had in the WWE locker room (prior to the allegation), it's highly doubtful he'll ever be back at WWE.

itss Donnie · May 18, 2018 at 6:02 pm

Enzo should get compensation

Figs3 · May 18, 2018 at 6:21 pm

I'm glad an innocent man is free. But I fucking hate Enzo.

BROTATOCHIP · May 18, 2018 at 6:27 pm

Women should go to jail for false rape accusations

WolfkinNorthclaw · May 18, 2018 at 7:21 pm

Enzo better learn how to wrestle first.

Slit518 · May 19, 2018 at 12:05 am

Your reaction – Enzo Amore's next venture is PORN!?!

Joey Tech Talks · May 19, 2018 at 3:02 am

If Enzo goes to Impact, hopefully, he can mature a bit while he's there.

Jin Knight · May 19, 2018 at 5:01 am

Enzo still will never be able to go to WWE . It would put a bad tastes in the company. Charges dropped or not. WWE can't have that imagine. False or not. I think he could be blacklisted. False rape charges can't hurt a person.

TheTimeFlyzShow · May 19, 2018 at 8:59 am

I knew Enzo was good. I hope that psycho false accuser pays for almost ruining his career.

James Stephenson · May 19, 2018 at 10:35 am

I'm all for print and well done! But you guys are insane bringing out a magazine in 2018.

B H · May 19, 2018 at 10:56 am

what can a hype man do if not wrestle? hopefully rap………..

fausto412 · May 19, 2018 at 12:29 pm

So a possible falss accusation and he gets his life impacted but the woman gets no investigation. If she lied she should go to jail.

hatednyc · May 19, 2018 at 4:11 pm

What?! The Rapist is NOT GUILTY?! Those fucking lying bitches.

hatednyc · May 19, 2018 at 4:12 pm

My god Oli that fucking jacket is LEGENDARY! Love it TWO TIMES!

CM Cannon · May 19, 2018 at 8:23 pm

Everyone deserves a second chance and I believe (just my opinion) this would be Enzo's second chance for the WWE, only time will tell God obviously still Shines on him

transit6768 · May 19, 2018 at 9:18 pm

Charges being dropped and being innocent are 2 different things.

Jay · May 19, 2018 at 9:57 pm

shudders idk about him on impact, sure hes recognizable, but he hasn't ever been particularly noteworthy when it came to actual wrestling. Theres enough people that can fall into that category already

the breaking news · May 20, 2018 at 12:40 am

It's not going to happen cuz whores get to ruin people's lives and mess up their career in America

the breaking news · May 20, 2018 at 12:42 am

Even if he would have told them he would have been released that's the crazy part about it

Sean McNew · May 20, 2018 at 1:34 am

Might Enzo be…All In?
Ha ha ha

Salama Asem · May 20, 2018 at 2:34 am

No way he will return to WWE after all he suffered, NJPW or indie scenes are his best bet

Jason Genova Jr. · May 20, 2018 at 4:36 am

This video is half them trying to sell a fucking magazine

MotherLoveBone · May 20, 2018 at 5:14 am

Dude can't wrestle damn. That pineapple under the tree can bounce.

Christopher Byrd · May 20, 2018 at 6:50 am

Declared??? Enzo was innocent from jump street but the WWE just can't get over their billionaire like stupidness!!! Now don't get me wrong being ultra wealthy is not a crime or sin it's just that some people change and get very stupid! They suddenly think that money and the power to run any fortune 500 firm gives them the entitlement to just be ridiculous with how they treat their employees! En,o shouldn't even bother coming back to the WWE and giving Vince and Stephanie any gratification of a ex WWE employee being back under their thumb! There are many WWE employees who got dissed and fired but went on to better lives after leaving!!! I feel sorry for anyone who stays in the WWE because you'll be miserable for what you have to endure. C. M. Punk and Ryback did the smart thing and left. They are doing far better than the ones who are still in the WWE because they have the freedom to control their lives and no one is punishing them for stupid reasons.

Lean Bacalzo · May 20, 2018 at 7:05 am

…OR MAN!!!

Aaron Estees · May 20, 2018 at 7:32 am

He needs to go back and finish wrestling school

JD Perry · May 20, 2018 at 11:36 am

Technically insufficient evidence is not the same thing as innocent, it just means there isn't enough evidence to proceed with charges.

SumaAminah Shaheed · May 20, 2018 at 2:43 pm

Enzo was a total distraction. He cannot wrestle to save his life. He stole Neville’s championship, and I haven’t forgiven him for that..,

Brandon Johnson · May 20, 2018 at 2:44 pm

Congrats guys! Glad to see you guys doing it big.

Gage Taylor · May 20, 2018 at 10:11 pm

"Thin Ice". And they tolerated ric flair for so many years why? The things I've heard ric flair do in his prime days were far worse than anything enzo ever did. From what i understand flair was quite the dick in his day too. The way i see it that's what made flair great, and enzo was the realest thing since ric flair.

DigestiveCeremony · May 21, 2018 at 7:49 am

Let's not let all of this overshadow one key factor: Enzo can't fucking wrestle. Watch Simon Gotch's shoot with RF Video to hear just how little Enzo actually knows about wrestling. He bullshitted his way in the door, and never actually put in the effort to learn to work properly. So, all the Enzo fanboys can celebrate him not being a rapist, but he's still an obnoxious piece of shit who can't wrestle. Great hill to die on, guys.

Hamzah Iftikhar · May 21, 2018 at 8:07 am

oli is good

K · May 21, 2018 at 2:06 pm

It's his fault for not telling the WWE. Even though he's innocent, he's still a prick and only stupid people like him.

GT · May 21, 2018 at 3:52 pm

Enzo shouldnt go back 2 WWE. He should sue

misterslats · May 23, 2018 at 8:18 pm

There were never ANY charges laid so how can they be dropped? And WHO declared him innocent? Very Very shoddy journalism. Smarten up.

Sprocket · May 23, 2018 at 10:31 pm

When was his trial, I thought the police were just investigating, I had no idea that there had been a trial and the jury found him innocent, I thought it was just they never had enough evidence to take it any further

Hey ItsMe · May 24, 2018 at 2:44 am

Enzo sucks as a wrestler. He's only good for selling merchandise

desiglas · May 24, 2018 at 2:54 am

Rap career? Rofl! If there's one thing that I hate, it's a bunch of crap. I – I – I hate rap. Ra-a-ap is crap.

Darryl Jones · May 24, 2018 at 3:51 am

I can't see anyone hiring him. He got too much heat on him.

Reggie Pitysingh · May 25, 2018 at 10:36 pm

Enzo funny as hell.

Buzz Swift · May 26, 2018 at 3:06 pm
